Take our quiz to find out how much you know about technology in relationships..

#WhatDoYouExpect

sexual violence to look like?

Sexual violence is any sexual behaviour that is unwanted and makes you feel uncomfortable, frightened or threatened.

This includes:

  • Digital abuse, unwanted sexts, photos, emails and posts on your social profile

  • pressuring someone to take or send sexual photos of themselves

  • unwanted touching or kissing

  • pressuring of forcing someone to have sex

  • having sex with someone who is drunk, high, unconscious or asleep

Use the #WhatDoYouExpect hashtag to share your ideas about your rights and expectations when using technology to explore sexuality.

#WhatDoYouExpect

I expect my boyfriend not to share the nude photos I send him - with anyone else!

#WhatDoYouExpect

You have a right to expect that your private photos won't get shared around, even after you've broken up with the person you sent them to.  Sadly, some people are just creeps so it's better if you can control things on your end.

I expect my partner to respect my boundaries.

#WhatDoYouExpect

Sex is awesome and it's supposed to feel good.  Its about two people coming together to make sure everyone has a pleasurable time.  Porn isn't like that, it usually only focuses on one person's pleasure and the other person just makes lots of noise and pretends they like everything.

I expect the person I'm talking to online to be who they say they are.

#WhatDoYouExpect

You have a right to hang out with people who are genuine and honest. The internet is a great way to meet new people who share your interests or maybe just want to hookup. Luckily there are loads of things you can do to make sure you are talking to the person you think.

I expect to be asked.

#WhatDoYouExpect

You have a right to be asked if you like being touched there or if you want to have sex, and you have a right to change your mind even after you have said yes.
